Its that simple! In a few weeks time you will have a beautiful oil painting to hang and bring color, glamour and sophistication to your home, office or business. Now sit back and await the admiring comments!
Please remember at all times that you are being quoted for an Oil Painting of the highest possible standards, our work can-not and should-not ever be compared to the inferior work created by large Chinese factories, our work is painted by world class artists within their specialty, nothing here is mass produced " we do not sell products, we sell Art "

Commissioning a portrait of someone you love? Here are a few things to consider:

Good portraits are not easy to do, and many online oil portrait companies don't capture the likeness and essence of the sitter from photographs alone. Most look sterile and clumsy; trying to fit an obviously modern face into a medium that relies so much upon the artist to interpret, transpose and execute is a difficult and costly task that most cannot succeed in accomplishing.

Kings Galleries, as you would expect, takes a somewhat different approach to this dilemma and creates truly original and beautiful heirlooms that also stand alone as pieces of fine art. Utilizing and matching the skills of several talented and insightful portrait painters, we seek to not only capture the essence of the subject, but also place the sitter into an appropriate and relevant time frame, scene and/or costume. Our goal is to deliver to you, the client, something of true classical beauty and value.

Let us show you just a couple of examples to illustrate our point.
This first example is a portrait we did for a father who wanted to capture the beauty of his young daughter, first that he may enjoy the painting himself and later that he may present his daughter with an heirloom and a record of the special time they spent together before she lost her innocence as we all do as time moves us forward.

The client was also a connoisseur of early 15th century Italian art by artists such as Caravaggio, and wanted something in that style, if possible. After consultation with the client, a gifted amateur photographer, we asked him to send us a photo of him and his daughter in an appropriate pose.

This next example is shown because it was probably the most difficult we have done to date. The client wanted a portrait of his mother as she was in her youth. However, all the client had were some old and poor-quality sepia photographs that were taken in the 1930's on the right is what we created for him, he was of course delighted with the result !
